Booking and Refund Policy
To reserve your appointment and out of respect for other clients, a 40% deposit is required on the next page to confirm and hold your booking. 🙂

Your deposit is refundable when rescheduling or cancelling at least 48 hours in advance.

For multiple reschedules, late cancellations, or cancellations after payment has been made, only a partial refund may apply. Please note that credit card processor fees may be non-refundable.

For multiple sessions (such as daylight photos followed later by sunset or twilight photos), additional fees may apply.

Property Preparation and Walkthrough
To ensure the best results and complete coverage of the property, we kindly ask that the home be photo-ready before arrival whenever possible.

If rooms are still being cleaned, organized, or items are being moved during the session, it may slow down the shoot and increase the chance of certain rooms or details being unintentionally missed.

We highly recommend a quick walkthrough at the beginning of the appointment so you can point out all rooms, upgrades, special features, and any areas you would like included.

Additional photos requested after the shoot, missed rooms not identified during the walkthrough, or returning to the property for re-shoots may require an additional fee.

Editing and Revisions
Minor adjustments and professional HDR editing are included. 🙂

After the photo shoot, we carefully edit the images to enhance details and make the property look its best.

Object removal, advanced retouching, virtual edits, or special requests may incur an additional charge.

We do not offer refunds once services have been completed and photos delivered. However, if you notice any issue with the delivered photos, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly review and make reasonable corrections when appropriate.

Additional Requests
Please let us know before the photo shoot if there is anything specific you would like us to capture.

Payment Terms
A 40% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. For new clients, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the photo shoot and prior to final media delivery.

An online proof gallery may be provided after the photo shoot so clients can preview the listing photos before final high-resolution media is delivered.

Additional services or editing requests, including virtual staging, object removal, advanced retouching, virtual edits, or other special requests, are not included unless specifically stated in the selected package and may incur an additional charge.

Payment terms may be adjusted for established clients at our discretion.

All final images and media remain the property of the photographer and may not be used, published, or distributed until full payment has been received.

We understand last-minute preparation happens. If significant waiting time is required due to the property not being photo-ready upon arrival, an additional wait-time fee may apply.
